Indie Game: The Movie

1. What are some of the differences between "big games" and "independent games" in terms of style/concepts and how they are made?

Graphics are most different things between big games and independent games. Costs are limited so, indie games depends on their own stories. Big games look great because many people work for the game. Some big games' stories are not better than indie games. Big games depends on graphics mostly.

2. What are some of the difficulties the developers in the film have to overcome?

glitches in the games, and posting games on Xbox or PC.

3. What do you think is attractive about developing an indie game? What do you think you would like about working on an indie game? What do you think you might not like?

It is able to put many meanings in games even if it is simple. I love indie games and I have lots of indie games that I bought from steam, so it would be really attractive to work on an indie game. However, I am afraid that games can appear some glitches which are very annoying to develop or publish.

4. What is some advice you might have for someone trying to create their own game based on what you learned in the film?

Games are very well developed art. It is very hard to create own story and animations of characters or the world. Your game needs to be interesting and common. Games are attractive when they are interesting and fun. Focus on music and the story more than graphics.

5. What is the best part of completing the creation of a game for the developers?

When they publish the game on Steam, Xbox, or PS4 and wait for rates of the games.
